When you send an enquiry through our website we collect the details you choose to give us. This includes:

• who the care is for and the type of care you are interested in
• anything you write in your message

Please do not include detailed health or medical information in the online form. We will discuss care needs with you directly and handle any such information with particular care.

We also receive the information you share with us when you telephone or email us.

How we use your information

• to respond to your enquiry and arrange a free consultation
• to discuss and plan care services that you have asked us about
• to keep a record of our communication with you

We will not sell your information or use it for marketing without your permission.

Our lawful basis

We use your information because you have asked us to contact you about our services, which means we rely on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries. Where you share information about someone else, please make sure they are happy for you to do so. If health information is later needed to plan care, we will only use it where the law allows, for example for the provision of health or social care.

Who we share information with

Our website is hosted by Netlify, which also processes enquiry form submissions on our behalf. Netlify may store this information on servers outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, appropriate safeguards are in place as required by UK data protection law. We do not share your information with anyone else unless we are required to do so by law or you have asked us to.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to respond to you and manage any resulting care arrangements. If an enquiry does not lead to care services, we will normally delete it within 12 months.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to ask us to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to ask for it to be transferred. To make a request, please contact us using the details above.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first so that we can try to put things right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
